Candy Potpourri

3 lbs. chocolate, 1 lb each a different color
6 T. Paramount Crystals (2T per pound of chocolate)
5-6 cups Corn Flakes cereal
6 cups Kix cereal
1 bag light butter microwave popcorn

 Melt 1 lb of chocolate and stir in 2T of paramount crystals.  Place popcorn in large bowl and pour over with lightest color chocolate.  Fold gently until popcorn is completely coated.  Spread mixture onto large area covered with wax paper and use forks to separate.  Repeat process with Kix cereal and chocolate, and finish with Corn Flakes and darkest color chocolate.  Always spread coated ingredient apart well, to avoid setting up in clumps.  Allow chocolate to air dry and set.  Break apart and store.

 

Choco-Chex Mix

1 lb White Chocolate
1 lb Peanut Butter Chocolate
1 lb Milk Chocolate**
6 Tbs Paramount Crystals (2 Tbs. for each 1 lb of chocolate)
1-1 1/2 lbs peanuts
6 Cups Rice Chex
1 lb pretzel sticks


Melt white chocolate and add 2 Tbs paramount crystals, stir until blended.  Pour over peanuts and mix until well coated.  Pour out onto parchment paper, separate and let set.  Repeat process, coating Rice Chex with peanut butter chocolate and pretzel sticks with milk chocolate.  Once set, break apart, mix and enjoy.
**Substitute dark chocolate if you prefer or add Corn Chex coated in dark chocolate to the mix.
